Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

Nectrous ships to Canada and the United States from our Vancouver studio. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days with full tracking included. We use Canada Post ExpressPost for Canadian shipments, and USPS Priority mail for all US orders.

Shipping is a flat rate $10, and orders over $75 ship for free to Canada and the US🎉

As shipments outside of Canada and the US have been severely delayed due to Coronavirus, shipments to international locations have been temporarily suspended. We hope to resume soon!

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct, as addresses cannot be amended once shipped. Nectrous is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

LOCAL PICKUP: If you’re in Vancouver and opt for the free Local Pickup option, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup 1-2 days after we’ve received your order. Our current local pickup location is Brassneck Brewery at 2148 Main Street.

RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds and all sales are final.

If you have an issue with your order please contact info@nectrous.com within 5 days of receiving your package and we’ll do what we can to put it right.
